Character Development: Hannibal
Four run-away boys coming-of-age journey across the nightmare battlefields of the civil war. Commissioned by film director Kevin Connor, know for his previous work on the American Civil War directing North and South, these posters were created for the pitch deck to be presented to potential producers.
Each character needed to be developed and then coloured digitally to give it a sepia look reminiscent of the old Civil War photographs from that era. In this illustration Hannibal is flicking his lucky coin.
